By registering you enter a contract with Manxmart.com whereby you agree to our Terms & Conditions
1) The decision of Manxmart ("we") is final and no discussion will be entered into.
2) Placing adverts and/or classifieds with content of a pornographic nature is forbidden. Such a submission will result in your account being suspended indefinately.
3) Placing adverts and/or classifieds with content of a libelise nature is forbidden. Manxmart is not responsible for the content of classifieds.
4) Manxmart is monitored closely. Any mis-use or illegal activity will immediately be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5) We cannot vouch for the quality of the product you buy or the validity of the classified. Any query or complaint should be directed at the seller. We act as a facilitator and not a buyer/seller.
6) The information contained on this Website is for information purposes. Whilst every care has been taken in its preparation, we do not make any warranties nor representations as to its accuracy or reliability. We neither accept nor assume any reliability in relation to the contents of these pages which should not be relied upon as accurate. In no event do we accept liability of any description including liability for negligence for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of this Website or its contents.
7) Buyers/Sellers should check adverts carefully before entering into any agreements. We can offer advice on the use of this website, but not on items for sale.
8) We are not responsible for the content of classifieds, nor are we responsible for a buyers committment to pay.
9) We reserve the right to remove/alter classifieds without fore warning where we deem it appropriate. This includes duplicate entries.
10) Manxmart is designed for users in the Isle of Man (and the UK). Unfortunately we cannot accept International registrations.
11) Promotion of professional entities, goods or services is confined to the 'Business Ads' section. Adverts outside this section will be suspended.
Refunds
1) We do not offer refunds. IF you have a complaint it should be directed to us via the contact page. Where we deem your complaint valid will will re-issue credits. Please see below for suspended accounts.
Personal Information
1) We will NEVER pass on your details to third parties.
2) On occasion we do reserve the right to email you important information such as system information and/or special offers.
Suspended accounts
1) If your account is suspended you will be refunded any amount over £5.00 held as credit. Manxmart will retain £5.00 as administration charges. This only applies to purchased credits and not credits gained during sign up or any other offers we may provide. You must provide a receipt of your purchased (paper based or electronic) before we will issue refunds.
Paypal
1) We are not responsible, nor will we cover Paypal expenses if a refund is required
Fraud
1) Manxmart is forum by which people contact one another, we are not responsible for any monies which you are owed.
2) To avoid being the victim of fraud we recommend the following :

NEVER part with goods or services if you do not have payment. A cheque can take 5 days to clear so make sure the buyer knows the goods remain your property until this time

AVOID displaying your email address in the body of the advert. Internet spiders and robots can trawl sites for these addresses. Instead ask interested parties to use the 'Reply to ad' button.
